3. Complaints Procedure
We aim to provide the highest level of service. However, if you have a complaint, please follow this process:

2. Step 2: We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
3. Step 3: We aim to investigate and respond fully within 15 working days.
4. Step 4: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our redress scheme (see below).
