Hello, I’m Darina, the director of Homes Art Ltd.

I grew up in a family deeply involved in construction — my father ran a general refurbishment and construction company, which gave me early hands-on experience and insight into how refurbishment projects are managed from start to finish. Later, I worked as a painter and decorator for large companies such as Axis and GB-BG, gaining valuable industry knowledge and building strong connections with trusted professionals across the sector. This background means I understand the refurbishment process in detail and know how to coordinate reliable contractors effectively.

For more than 9 years, I have lived in Thornton Heath and worked across London, both in construction management and in property. Leading teams throughout the city allowed me to build a deep knowledge of London’s housing market and the needs of its communities.

Over time, I have also explored different approaches within property investment, which has given me first-hand understanding of what investors, buyers, sellers, and tenants need.
